Compass provides two ways you for you to find financial products or advice, and we went and revolutionized both. If you’re one of those folks who wants to manage their own financial affairs, then we’ve got the tools for you. You can use our absolutely one of a kind online system to get quotes specially tailored for you. If you’re more of an ‘in person’ person you can schedule an appointment with one of our brilliant advisers to get a personalized experience and tailored advice.
When you first get in touch with Compass, you’re assigned your own personal adviser, and it’s their job to get to know you. They use all of the most tried and tested tools to help make our financial advice more personal and more relevant to you. That’s why we developed our unique FactFinder which helps us find the most suitable, bespoke products and services for you.
We strive to do our business in person, we don’t like it when we get stuck in call queues or getting passed on to another department, which is why we make it a priority to meet you face to face and always have a real person on the end of the phone, not a machine. We’ve pulled out all the stops to make getting bespoke financial advice a no fuss process.
We know the marketplace like the back of our hands, which is why when we’ve gotten to know you, we’re able to provide you with fantastically well researched advice. We go to all of the major financial companies (and some of the smaller ones too!) to find you the absolute best products and services to help make your money do what you want it to. By utilising the information from our specially designed tool: TrueNorth, you can guarantee that the advice you get is like no-one else’s, because you’re unique, so the advice we give you should be too.
When we return our research and advice to you we make sure it’s not full of insider jargon. You can count on us having the highest level of professionalism and count on our advisers having extensive product knowledge. We know that our industry is full of pitfalls, complicated terms and companies which don’t take care to make sure that customers know what they’re being sold. That’s why we not only strive to bust through the complication and de-construct the jargon, but our advisers operate to a strict and central Code of Business Conduct which we’re incredibly proud of. Our priority is you and building up a trusting working relationship is central to that. That’s why you can rely on us.
We’re not only experts in giving financial advice to individuals, we’re also specialists at advising businesses and corporations. But just because you’re a business doesn’t mean we change our approach to giving a personal and unique experience to our customers. We know that there are no two businesses alike which is why our service reflects that. Using our Business FactFinder we get to know your business and everybody in it. We make sure that we’re familiar faces at your office or factory and guarantee an approach which minimises risk while helping your company achieve it’s true potential.
